If any other student had said this, Fang Canyang would probably have criticized him harshly for being impolite, but the person who said it was Jin He.

Although Fang Canyang is a mentor here, Jin He debuted several years earlier than him. If Jin He hadn't participated in this program, Fang Canyang would have to call him "senior" whenever they met.

He suddenly didn't know how to describe his "rudeness".

Jin He probably anticipated his predicament, his face stiff with a dilemma – he couldn't lash out, nor could he remain silent. Ultimately, considering the fragile hearts of the production team, she generously said, "Oh dear, is this group assignment really crazy? Putting someone like me, who isn't good at rap, here with you has put you in a difficult position, hasn't it?"

Fang Canyang wasn't stupid; seeing an opportunity to back down, he immediately said, "Yes, this is really difficult."

Jin He ended up with a part that was not very noticeable. He didn't say anything. He was destined to have little say in this group, and he was too lazy to fight for it. He just wanted to make sure that others didn't bully him.

When I got back to the dorm that night, I saw Fang Xiaoke crying.

Jin He: "???"

"What's wrong? Did someone bully you?"

Wen Lian was sitting next to Fang Xiaoke, holding tissues and wet wipes, presumably comforting him. When he saw Jin He return, he very consciously made way for Jin He to sit down.

"What's wrong?" Jin He asked again.

"Teacher An talked about him."

It turns out that yet another person in this world has been hurt by An Yi's sharp tongue.

"Why?"

"Because I wasn't prepared with the song, Teacher An said I was being lazy," Fang Xiaoke said tearfully. "I didn't, I didn't, I didn't mean to."

The child was crying so hard that he was almost in tears. Jin He looked at him with a mixture of pity and amusement. He reached out and hugged Fang Xiaoke. Suddenly, the child seemed to find some comfort and buried his head in his arms, sobbing.

"Ouch, ouch, ouch..." Jin He patted the back of his head. "Alright, alright, alright, cry for a while, you'll feel better after a while. How did he scold you? Why are you so upset?"

“Teacher An said…” Wen Lian stood aside with a stern face, imitating An Yi’s manner, “Fang Xiaoke, with your ability, it’s impossible that you can’t even sing a song properly in two hours. Have you been practicing seriously? Is it because you think you’re safe now that you’re in the top ranks? If you continue like this, you can just wait to be eliminated and go home.”

Jin He held Fang Xiaoke, who was still crying, and after a moment of contemplation, he lowered his head and said to Fang Xiaoke, "You don't need to feel ashamed. It's okay to balance work and rest. You're still young and have a lot of time. Try to do things without sacrificing everything for them."

"But this is my only chance... This opportunity is very rare..."

Jin He sighed. His clothes were covered in Fang Xiaoke's crying face. He reached out and wiped away Fang Xiaoke's tears: "As long as you're alive, as long as you're healthy and can jump around, you'll have many opportunities."

"It's okay to relax occasionally. I believe you can handle it well. You don't need to take An Yi's words to heart."

In fact, Jin He felt that he and An Yi might both have a bit of a "let them eat cake" mentality.

An Yi was born with boundless energy, never missing a workout routine, yet his body remained incredibly strong. He could kill two Jin Hes with a single punch. His energy was clearly due to a genetic lottery, coupled with ample nutrition during his growth period. As long as he didn't act recklessly like Jin He did when he was young, he would be healthy for the rest of his life.

Therefore, someone like him is destined to be unable to understand why some people suddenly start complaining of being tired while training. He doesn't understand Fang Xiaoke, just as he didn't understand Jin He back then.

Jin He himself knew that he was almost forced to participate in the program, which was actually an opportunity that many children had begged for, so it was inevitable that he would feel a lot of pressure.

"Okay, do you feel better now that you've had a good cry?" Jin He said. "It's very late now, you can't cry anymore, or you'll probably look like a pig's head on camera tomorrow."

"But you'll have to get used to it. You haven't debuted yet. Once you debut, people will say even worse things to you."

Fang Xiaoke couldn't help but burst out laughing when she heard Jin He's words.

"You can do some exercise now, then come back and apply a compress to your eyes," Jin He said. "Then lie down and go to sleep in an hour. Your eyes won't be swollen tomorrow."

"good."

Are you still sad now?

Fang Xiaoke shook her head: "I'm not sad anymore. I must get up early for training tomorrow!"

"Okay." Seeing that he had cheered up again, Jin He thought the mission was over, but when she turned her head, she saw a white handkerchief on her pillow. "Remember to take your handkerchiefs with you, don't leave them on my bed."

"Huh? Handkerchief? What handkerchief?" Fang Xiaoke asked suspiciously, turning her head to look, even more puzzled: "Neither Wen Lian nor I brought handkerchiefs."

Whose is that?

Jin He found it strange, picked up the handkerchief and put it on the table: "It's alright then, you guys go and get some exercise, don't come back too late."

Fang Xiaoke: "Okay."

Jin He had kept the handkerchief incident in mind. The next morning, he arrived at the practice room on time. He was probably the first one there. So he turned on the stereo and played a song to warm up.

The second person to arrive was Qi Yunran. He was clearly taken aback when he opened the door and saw Jin He there.

"What? You're surprised to see me here?" Jin He asked.

"What does your presence here have to do with me?"

Jin He turned her head and glanced at him, then took out a clean white handkerchief from her pocket and wiped the horizontal bar at the edge of the practice room.

As he worked, he casually remarked, "Guess where I got this handkerchief?"

Qi Yunran's pupils contracted, and he unconsciously took a half step back. Jin He's lips curled up: "You seem to have forgotten that we're broadcasting live from here the whole time, and there are cameras everywhere."

Qi Yunran subconsciously looked up to find the camera in the practice room.

"I turned off the cameras the moment I got here," Jin He said.

What do you want to do?

"Shouldn't I be asking you that?" Jin He raised his chin slightly. Although he wasn't taller than Qi Yunran, his aura was intimidating, and he just stared at him.

"Qi Yunran, I debuted seven years earlier than you. I'm not just here for nothing. I've seen plenty of your underhanded tricks. But do you know what I usually do if you push me too far?"

“I’ll start by looking into your dark past. How many times did you date in junior high? How many times did you talk back to your teachers? How many girlfriends did you have in high school? How many classmates did you bully? You don’t need to pretend to be innocent on camera. There are over a hundred trainees in this training base, and 60% of them were petty thugs before. Do you think these things will have a big impact on you if they’re exposed?”

"What will you face if your public persona collapses?"

This trainee, who hasn't even debuted yet, doesn't have many fans. They all wishfully believe he's a really good person. If his image collapses, then he's really finished.

"So, I advise you not to mess with me," Jin He said with a smile, issuing her final warning.

"I thought he was really capable, but it turns out this is all?"

Jin He has so many skills but nowhere to use them. Why are this year's little rascals so useless?
