Chapter 61 There's always a reason why someone is pitiful.

Su Jiaojiao smiled and walked briskly towards her:

"Thank you for your hard work, Jiaqi."

Song Jiaqi was extremely pleased with herself. As she led Su Jiaojiao deeper into the parking lot, she mentally planned that once they reached the van, Wang Hu would rush out, and then…

Song Jiaqi became more and more excited as she thought about it, and her pace quickened involuntarily.

Soon, the two arrived at the dilapidated van.

Song Jiaqi stopped and gave Su Jiaojiao a strange smile:

"Jiaojiao, look, the red wine is in the car."

Su Jiaojiao raised her eyes and looked at the van, a hint of mockery flashing in her eyes.

Just then, the van door was suddenly yanked open.

A short, stout man with a fierce-looking face jumped out of the car.

A lewd laugh also came from his mouth:

"My little beauty, I've been waiting for you for so long!"

It was Wang Hu.

As he lunged at Su Jiaojiao, he raised his miniature camera to record this "exciting" scene. Looking at Su Jiaojiao's soft, yielding form, his lust intensified; he longed to crush her into his arms immediately.

Song Jiaqi stood aside, watching this scene.

A sinister smile appeared on his face.

Su Jiaojiao, let's see how you run now!

She could almost see Su Jiaojiao panicking, crying and begging for mercy, and witness her tragic state after her reputation was ruined. However, the next second, something unexpected happened to both Song Jiaqi and Wang Hu.

Facing Wang Hu rushing towards her, Su Jiaojiao showed no panic whatsoever.

Instead, it evoked a cold smile.

She slightly shifted her body to the side, her movement seemingly soft yet carrying a swift strength, easily dodging Wang Hu's attack.

Wang Hu missed his target, staggered, and almost fell to the ground.

He steadied himself and looked at Su Jiaojiao with some surprise.

How come this woman reacted so quickly? Wasn't she supposed to be a pushover?

Song Jiaqi was also stunned.

This is not what she expected!

Shouldn't Su Jiaojiao scream in fright and then surrender?

While the two were still stunned, Su Jiaojiao had already raised her foot and kicked Wang Hu hard in the stomach. Her movement looked soft, but the force was astonishing.

"Bang!"

A muffled thud

Wang Hu felt a tremendous force coming from his stomach.

He grimaced in pain.

He curled up on the ground like a shrimp.

The miniature camera in his hand fell to the ground and shattered.

"ah--!"

Wang Hu let out a bloodcurdling scream like a pig being slaughtered.

Song Jiaqi turned pale with fright as she looked at Su Jiaojiao.

His eyes were filled with disbelief:

"Su Jiaojiao, you...you dare to hit someone?"

Su Jiaojiao slowly turned around and looked at Song Jiaqi. Her watery almond-shaped eyes narrowed, and the coldness in them was almost frostbitten. She took two steps forward, her steps unsteady, but the aura around her was frighteningly sharp.

"Hitting someone?" She curled her lips into a smile, her voice still sweet and soft.

Yet it carried a bone-chilling cold.

"Song Jiaqi, you hired thugs to scheme against me, and you still dare to accuse me of hitting you?"

Song Jiaqi felt uneasy under her gaze, but forced herself to speak:

I don't know what you're talking about!

I just... just brought you here to get some red wine!

"Bring red wine?" Su Jiaojiao sneered.

She approached Song Jiaqi step by step, her voice soft yet piercingly menacing.

"Do you need to find a thug to hide in your car to take the wine? Do you need to use a miniature camera to film it?"

Song Jiaqi's face grew paler and paler as she backed away.

Until his back pressed against the cold wall, with nowhere left to retreat.

"You...you stay away!"

Song Jiaqi's voice trembled slightly.

She never expected Su Jiaojiao to be so good at fighting! This was nothing like the delicate, pretty girl she remembered!

Su Jiaojiao stopped and looked down at her.

A mocking smile curved his lips:

"Song Jiaqi, do you hate me? Hate me for winning Jiang Yi and the others' favor, hate me for stealing your thunder?"

Song Jiaqi's body trembled violently.

Su Jiaojiao knew everything!

"So what if it is?"

Song Jiaqi, in a fit of despair, suddenly raised her head, her eyes filled with resentment and malice.

"Why? Why do you get everything? What do I lack compared to you?"

Su Jiaojiao, I'm going to ruin you! I'm going to make you lose all your reputation!

May everyone despise you!

Her voice, sharp and frantic, echoed in the empty parking lot.

It sounded particularly jarring.

Su Jiaojiao shook her head at her hysterical state.

His eyes were filled with pity: "You think you're worthy?"

No sooner had the words left his mouth than several footsteps suddenly came from afar.

Song Jiaqi and Su Jiaojiao both looked in the direction from which the footsteps came.

Jiang Yi, accompanied by several bodyguards, strode over.

His face was terribly grim, and his deep eyes burned with a fierce rage. Clearly, he had heard what Song Jiaqi had just said.

When Song Jiaqi saw Jiang Yi, her face turned deathly pale.

She collapsed to the ground, trembling all over, muttering to herself:

"No...no...Mr. Jiang, please let me explain..."

Jiang Yi didn't even bother to look at her. He strode over to Su Jiaojiao, looked her up and down, and said with a hint of urgency in his voice, gently taking her small hand in his large one.

"Jiaojiao, are you alright? Are you hurt anywhere?"

Su Jiaojiao shook her head and gave him a reassuring smile.

Her voice was soft and gentle: "I'm fine, nothing's wrong at all."

Jiang Yi finally breathed a sigh of relief. Then, he turned to look at Song Jiaqi, who was sprawled on the ground, and Wang Hu, who was curled up and groaning beside her. The coldness in his eyes was almost enough to slowly torture someone.

"Take these two people away from me."

Jiang Yi's voice was as cold as if it had been quenched with ice.

"Give them a good 'welcome' and let them know what it means to have trouble coming from your mouth."
