Extra Chapter 5: Lin Han's Story (2/2)

He was bewitched by Lin Han and went to the hotel upstairs. The two slept together without saying a word.
Afterwards, Gu Qizheng felt somewhat annoyed. He had remained chaste for so many years, only to have it taken by a woman who came to the bar to solicit prostitutes.
He felt somewhat wronged, but when he opened his mouth to look at Lin Han's face, what he said was...
"Sister, you have to take responsibility for me."
Lin Han found the boy adorable, a stark contrast to his earlier fierceness in bed, so she teased him.
"What's your name? Tell me."
Gu Qizheng's ears turned red. "My name is Gu Qizheng, and I'm a senior in college."
Lin Han's mind went blank for a moment, "Gu Qizheng?"
Is it really Gu Qizheng?
But he doesn't recognize himself at all. How is that possible?
Lin Han went straight to the point.
"I can take responsibility for you, do you dare to marry me?"
Gu Qizheng was stunned for a moment, "Then I'll go home tomorrow and steal the household registration book."
Lin Han chuckled inwardly; it turned out that Niu Niu had learned to steal her household registration book to get married from her father.
Lin Han met Gu Qizheng in the 21st century. No matter what the reason was that he didn't remember her, she was determined not to let this "younger brother" fall into the hands of others.
"Okay, I'll wait for you. See you at the entrance of the Civil Affairs Bureau at 2 PM tomorrow."
The next day, Gu Qizheng kept his word and stole the household registration book to meet Lin Han.
He couldn't understand why he was so impulsive. His adoptive parents introduced him to many potential partners, but he resisted them all and even felt that he would never get married in his life.
But the moment he met Lin Han, his life motto changed. He fell in love at first sight and wanted to marry her.
After the two got their marriage certificate, Gu Qizheng took Lin Han home to meet his adoptive parents.
“These are my adoptive parents. I was an orphan when I was little, and they adopted me. If they ask about it later, just blame it all on me and say that I forced you.”
Lin Han never imagined that she had actually done something as heinous as trafficking someone else's son.
The car stopped in a luxurious hillside villa. Lin Han was dumbfounded. Had she married into a wealthy family?
Qin Shuman and Gu Huaiming sat on the sofa with dark faces. People from the Civil Affairs Bureau called their home, saying that Gu Qizheng had registered his marriage with a girl, which made them both very angry.
She introduced him to so many wonderful girls, but he didn't like any of them. In the end, he went and married someone else.
That's outrageous.
Lin Han obediently followed Gu Qizheng inside, sweetly calling out "Uncle and Auntie," leaving Qin Shuman and Gu Huaiming stunned.
"Miss...have we met somewhere before?"
As she spoke, tears streamed down Qin Shuman's face. "If my daughter hadn't gotten lost, she would be about your age too. You two look very alike."
Gu Huaiming pulled out photos of his daughter from before she was one year old. "This is our daughter. Doesn't she look just like you?"
Lin Han received far too many surprises in one day.
She returned to the 21st century, met Gu Qizheng in a bar, and now she has also met Qin Shuman and Gu Huaiming. Even God couldn't bear to separate this family.
Butler Bai came over to remind them.
"I also think that the young mistress looks a lot like the young lady when she was a child. Should I arrange a paternity test?"
The whole family suddenly realized that Lin Han had also grown up in an orphanage. Could the parents she had been looking for be Qin Shuman and Gu Huaiming?
The paternity test results came back a week later.
Qin Shuman hugged Lin Han and cried.
"My dear daughter, your mother has been searching for you for so long."
Lin Han was also crying uncontrollably.
"It turns out that my mother didn't abandon me. She had been looking for me all along, and I finally saw her again."
Gu Huaiming stood aside wiping away tears, never expecting that the daughter he had been searching for for over twenty years would eventually marry his adopted son.
After Qin Shuman and Lin Han hugged and cried together, they stood up and said to Gu Qizheng.
“Good son-in-law, go and call Grandpa and Grandma and tell them that our family will be coming home for dinner together tonight.”
