The attendant responded and placed the package on the long table in the yard, unzipped it, and found it was full of individually packaged dried seafood.

"Wow, these are all good things! Did they say who sent them?"

Grandpa Gu already had a guess in his heart. For so many years, his son had been sending home nothing but tea, the only specialty products from Qingzhou. There was nothing new about it.

These seafood items were most likely sent by the eldest grandson.

The orderly said, "It's an officer from Qingzhou who came to participate in the field training. He said he's Huo Qizheng's comrade-in-arms, and Huo Qizheng asked him to bring him over."

Grandpa Gu nodded, "My eldest grandson is truly filial."

The orderly smiled and said, "Sir, you are truly blessed."

The staff helped carry a large bag of dried seafood into the house. The ones that could be eaten directly, such as shredded squid, were picked out and placed on the coffee table, while the rest that needed to be cooked were sent to the kitchen.
