Lin Han happily agreed, even though it was just an excuse and she and Huo Qizheng might not need those things in the future. But Sister Wang's enthusiasm and simplicity still touched her deeply.

After delivering the things to Sister Wang, Lin Han went to Sister Zhang's house and brought out the malted milk powder and some candy and snacks she had bought for Xiao Ni.

Sister Zhang refused to accept it, but she used the same excuse to persuade her to accept it.

"Sister Zhang, I'm moving to the family compound tomorrow, so it won't be convenient for us to meet anymore. If you need anything, just come to Huo Qizheng's ward at the hospital. I'm usually there during the day."

"You've been allocated a house?"

"Not yet. It's Aunt Qin, whom I have a lot of luck with. She was worried about me living here alone, so she asked me to move into her house for a while until the house is allocated."

Sister Zhang nodded.

“Men and women all live together in the guesthouse. It’s really inconvenient for a young girl like you. It’s good to have someone look after you, so that Commander Huo can feel more at ease.”

Lin Han didn't have many things; she kept the things that were inconvenient to carry in her spatial storage. She only packed some daily necessities and a change of clothes in a cloth bag. If she had known the way to Aunt Qin's house, she wouldn't have needed to send someone to pick her up.

Zhou Fei returned home after get off work.

"Mom and Dad, I'm home."

Qin Shuman was busy in the kitchen, preparing two simple dishes: one meat and one vegetable.

"Feifei is back. Go wash your hands and get ready for dinner."

Zhou Fei put down her things and washed her hands. Just as she walked to the dining table, Gu Huaiming came in from outside with a stern face.

"What are you eating for? The whistleblower letter has already been sent to the Political Department, how can you still be in the mood to eat?"

Zhou Fei's expression hardened. "What whistleblower letter?"

Gu Huaiming snorted and slammed an envelope on the table.

"Take a look for yourself."

Zhou Fei picked up the envelope, puzzled. Inside, besides a letter of complaint, was a hair clip.

It was a hair clip she lost the day before her performance.

Qin Shuman also went over to take a look.

"Reporting that Feifei and Li Fuguo are having an affair? How could such a thing be possible?"

Zhou Fei's face turned pale. "That's nonsense. I don't like Li Fuguo at all. How could I possibly do that kind of thing with him in the office?"

The whistleblower letter stated that someone witnessed Zhou Fei and Li Fuguo having an affair in the hospital office after get off work, and the hair clip they left behind was evidence.

Furthermore, it was specified that the hair clip was a token of love given by Li Fuguo to Zhou Fei.

After receiving the letter of denunciation, the political department felt that it was a serious matter and that it would have a bad influence if it were to be spread, so they gave the letter to Gu Huaiming.

It's not impossible for Gu Huaiming to suppress this matter, but secrets don't stay hidden forever.

"Tell me yourself what exactly happened."

Zhou Fei still can't figure out who reported her.

"Dad, I really didn't do that kind of thing with Li Fuguo. Someone must have framed me."

I don't like him at all; I have someone I like.

As soon as Zhou Fei spoke, both Gu Huaiming and Qin Shuman looked at her.

"You have someone you like? Who is it?"

Zhou Fei was speechless and couldn't be wrongly accused of having an affair with Li Fuguo.

She gritted her teeth. "Yes... Huo Qizheng."
