After breakfast, Jingji led An Sanchuan into the study on the west side.

Yan Yu and Ruan Tang stayed in the main room to clean up the dishes.

[Squeak! Little master, that stinky two-legged creature doesn't seem to smell so bad anymore!]

Little White, clutching his half-eaten mini fried dough stick, squatted on the table, tilting his little head, his dark purple beady eyes staring curiously at the door of the west room.

It twitched its pink little nose and sniffed carefully again.

Hmm...it still smells bad, but it smells much better than yesterday! At least it won't stun the rats!

As it spoke, it nodded seriously, then stuffed the remaining fried dough sticks into its mouth, its cheeks bulging out.

At the door of the east room, the big orange cat, who had been dozing off, lazily lifted its eyelids, completely uninterested in such a trivial matter. It turned over, its furry bottom facing the main room, and continued its nap.

Inside the West House.

Jingji asked An Sanchuan to sit down, and then placed two fingers on his wrist.

An Sanchuan felt a gentle yet irresistible force travel through his meridians.

Wherever that power passed, the stagnant and chaotic evil energy within his body, caused by practicing forbidden techniques, shrank and dissipated in fear.

After a moment, Jingji withdrew his hand and spoke in a flat, emotionless voice.

"The meridians are withered and dry, like rotten wood, with 70% damage."

"The qi and blood are so weak that it is almost like a lamp running out of oil, with a deficit of 90%."

“The soul has shown cracks.”

"It's a miracle that a mortal could survive until now."

Every word struck Lin Muchuan's heart.

He gave a bitter smile.

Jingji ignored his expression and continued, "The evil power within you originates from the Yin-Yang arts of the Sakura Kingdom. Its essence is to steal the power of heaven and earth and forcibly infuse it into one's own body. It is domineering but lacks any foundation, and is a path to self-destruction."

"Now, what I am going to pass on to you is the orthodox Xuanmen Taoist method of Yanhuang, called the Zhengyi Huayuan Jue."

"This method can strip away the impure and evil forces within your body, burn them away completely, and transform them into righteous and peaceful Xuanmen true energy."

"This process is called scraping the bone to replace the marrow."

"It will be very painful."

"It is no different from placing one's flesh and blood body in a furnace, where the soul and meridians are burned inch by inch by the true fire."

"If you are not careful, your meridians will be severed and you will become a cripple."

Jingji looked at him with unfocused eyes, her voice devoid of any emotion.

"Have you thought this through?"

An Sanchuan did not hesitate for a moment.

His knees buckled, and he knelt heavily on the ground, kowtowing loudly towards the scriptures, but actually towards the direction of the door.

His forehead struck the cold ground with a dull thud.

"I've made up my mind!"

"Please teach me, sir!"

As long as he could get rid of that filthy thing, he'd endure anything, even being torn to pieces! (This chapter has been read. Please click to continue reading the next chapter!)
