She ignored the man's handsome face, which was filled with "happiness," reached out and grabbed a steamed bun. Taking a big bite, she grumbled and urged, "Eat."

Yan Yu's lips curled up, his eyes smiling, and he was about to straighten up.

Ruan Tang quickly added, "Let's eat. I have some glass here; I'll get it for you after we finish eating."

Yan Yu looked down at the little girl's anxious yet considerate expression, and his heart melted completely.

He deliberately drew out his words and said slowly, "I'm going to wash my hands."

"..."

Ruan Tang took a big bite of the meat bun in her hand, her cheeks puffed out in anger, and muttered under her breath, "You didn't wash your hands and you still hugged me! You pervert!"

The voice wasn't loud, but every word reached Yan Yu's ears.

A deep, cheerful laugh echoed in the room. He sat down next to Ruan Tang in a very good mood. Of course, he had washed his hands before coming in. The little girl was so easy to fool.

Yan Yu watched the little girl eat her steamed buns in small bites, her ears still flushed an alluring pink, and his heart was filled with an unprecedented emotion.
