Today we finished the dress rehearsal, and the first performance stage is tomorrow. An Yi missed a day of recording today because of something, and Jin He didn't see him much. He was a little absent-minded while eating in the cafeteria.

Fang Xiaoke picked up a piece of lean meat for him: "Brother Xiaohe, eat your food."

"oh."

"Don't leave any." Fang Xiaoke was happily munching on a chicken leg when she didn't forget to lecture Jin He: "You'll look terrible on camera if you get too skinny. I still have a few bags of nuts in my suitcase. I'll bring them to you tonight."

"No." Jin He refused decisively.

"How can that be?" Fang Xiaoke's eyes widened. "Our official performance tomorrow will probably take a long time, and we probably won't have time for dinner. What if you faint on stage due to low blood sugar? Do you want to be eliminated?"

In fact, Jin He had mixed feelings about the elimination process. On the one hand, he was in terrible pain every day, relying on nitroglycerin and traditional Chinese medicine to get through it, and he desperately wanted to go home to recuperate.

But on the other hand, some people do have expectations for him. Will anyone really wait three years and come back to see me on stage?

Jin He still finds it unbelievable.

However, whether or not he is eliminated is not something Jin He can decide. He can only drift through life day by day; he can't very well be allowed to debut again.

The night before the performance, Jin He went to bed early to prepare himself for the next day's performance.

The other children were too excited to sleep. In the dead of night, Jin He was sleeping in bed when someone tiptoed in. Without turning on the light, the person used the moonlight from the window to examine Jin He's features. He reached out and touched Jin He's wrist, feeling his irregular heartbeat.

He then placed a gentle kiss on Jin He's forehead.

He didn't stay long and quickly got up and left. The moment the door closed, Jin He opened his eyes in the darkness and reached out to touch the lingering warmth on his forehead.

Hate.

Jin He's eyes stung, and tears fell silently in the darkness. Of all people to like, she had to fall for him.

Seriously, they just won't leave no matter how hard you try to get rid of them...

The children, who were on stage for the first time, were extremely excited. They hadn't slept all night and even went to Jin He's room to wake him up for breakfast. Afterward, they dragged Jin He to the performance venue like an empress dowager. At that time, there was no one else at the venue. Fang Xiaoke immediately pounced on the venue.

"Oh, so this is the stage." Fang Xiaoke faced the ground and took two deep breaths like a freak. "Oh, the fragrance of the stage, oh ho ho, all those years of practice were for this day, hahahahaha..."

Jin He must have felt unwell for about an hour after waking up in the morning, feeling dizzy and lightheaded. Sitting there watching Fang Xiaoke act like a freak, she opened her mouth but was too embarrassed to say anything.

"Oh ho ho, the stage, my wife, oh ho ho ho ho..."

"The ground is dirty," Wen Lian reminded him.

"Why don't you give it a try?" Fang Xiaoke invited. "It's really fun!"

Wen Lian: "I don't want to."

"Give it a try, give it a try. You've been practicing for ten years, don't you want to experience the stage for yourself?"

Before long, two puddles of mud lay sprawled on the stage, eagerly savoring its fragrance.

Jin He: "..."

Even after being cured, he still drools.

"Hurry up, hurry up, we need to get our makeup and hair done. The audience will start arriving around noon. Stop acting like idiots." Jin He wanted nothing more than to kick each of them. These unlucky kids.

At 3 PM, the first performance officially began. An Yi appeared on stage, and the audience erupted in screams. The ninety-odd trainees watching from behind were even more nervous. Was this An Yi's absolute popularity?

Jin He and his team were the first group to go on stage. They had been ready backstage for a while. Jin He's eyes swept across the audience. Since this was the trainees' stage, the production team had informed them in advance that they were not allowed to bring their mentors' support light boards into the venue. So the light boards lit up on the stage were incredibly colorful, representing everyone.

The most common names were Fang Xiaoke, Wen Lian, and Xu Yuxiang's light sticks.

He glanced around again and spotted a very familiar color in the corner. Upon closer inspection, it was indeed his own light board. This discovery excited him. He then looked more closely at the person behind the light board and found that the little girl wearing a baseball cap and a mask looked increasingly familiar.

Isn't that a seedling?

Jin He was speechless for a moment.

Jin Miao held two light sticks in her hands. Although her face was covered, you could still see the seriousness in her eyes. She sat there with her eyes fixed on An Yi on the stage.

An Yi: "Now let's invite the first group of students to come up."

Just as the audience was about to applaud and scream, Jin Miao seemed to have been stepped on the tail, raising her light stick and letting out a sharp, piercing scream: "Ah!!!!!! Jin He!!!!"

Jin He stepped on his own foot with his left, almost tripping over himself. This little girl's shout made his brother lose face.

Her loud voice stunned everyone else, and the audience paused for a moment, all looking at Jin Miao.

Jin Miao seemed oblivious, continuing to wave her arms and shout, "Jin He! Jin He! Jin He!"

An Yi: "..."

Jin He: "..."

Fang Xiaoke burst into laughter: "Hahaha, Brother Xiaohe, is this your fan? How interesting."

Jin He covered her face; her ears were already bright red. "Don't tell me she's my fan, how could I be so embarrassed?"

Call me "Living Father" if you want.

An Yi looked at Jin Miao, his not-so-bright brain working at lightning speed, his CPU almost burning out. He gave a dry laugh: "Haha, it seems everyone is really looking forward to our members' appearance. Let's give them a round of applause!"

Amidst thunderous applause, Jin Miao lowered her arm, concealing her accomplishment and beaming with pride: she had to support her brother and ensure he received the same level of support as everyone else.

If others don't have it, her brother must have it too!

Jin He then followed the large group to the center of the stage, his face still flushed. He had received such enthusiastic support when he was at the height of his fame, but things were different now...

So embarrassing, so embarrassing, so embarrassing...

"Jin He, the fans in the audience gave you such a warm welcome just now, is there anything you'd like to say?"

Jin He covered her face: "Thank you so much."

An Yi merely brought up the earlier incident to ease the awkward atmosphere, and then the matter was glossed over. He then began to have everyone introduce themselves, starting with Fang Xiaoke.

"Hello everyone, I'm Fang Xiaoke, and I'm the captain of our first group!" Fang Xiaoke bowed. "Please give us your support!"

Could you please explain the division of labor?

“It’s a division of labor,” Fang Xiaoke said, pointing to Wen Lian. “Wen Lian is our center, and he works very hard, responsible for the songs and choreography.”

"The song arrangement was done by all of us in the group," Fang Xiaoke said. "Jin He also often teaches us things. Sometimes our performance is not very good, and Brother Xiao He will teach us."

“Yes, Brother Xiaohe has textbook-level facial expression management!” Wen Lian said from the side.

Jin He: "..."

Oh dear, stop praising me, oh dear.

I feel really embarrassed.
