"Mom and Dad, please try it!" Shen Xiaoxiao looked at her parents expectantly, holding up a box of osmanthus cakes.

"Mom and Dad, this is the house I bought. Come in and have a look!" Shen Xiaoxiao smiled and took her parents' hands, gently pushed open the door, and led them into the house.

Dai Xingyun followed silently behind, carrying luggage and packages of all sizes, and moved them into the room that Shen Xiaoxiao had prepared for her parents.

"I'll take you to see your house in a couple of days. It's bigger than mine, and the decor is similar. Plus, the yard is twice the size of mine, and there's even a grape trellis in it!" Shen Xiaoxiao said excitedly.

"Great! We definitely have to go check it out in a couple of days!" Ma Aning said happily!

Dai Xingyun, who had just finished moving his things, heard their conversation and smiled as he interjected, "Uncle and Aunt, would you like to come and take a look at my house?"

Upon hearing this, Shen Zishan immediately became interested. He looked at Dai Xingyun curiously, nodded, and said, "Okay, let's go take a look."

The group arrived at Dai Xingyun's house and took a closer look. The size and structure of the courtyard were similar to Chen Xiaoxiao's courtyard, but the feeling it gave was slightly different.

"This courtyard does look more grand than Xiao Xiao's house," Shen Zishan remarked, looking around the courtyard.

“However, Xiao Xiao’s house seems to be more exquisite,” Ma Aning added.

“Uncle and Aunt are right,” Dai Xingyun said with a smile. “Actually, these two courtyards were a bit dilapidated, and I had someone renovate them.”

"You must be tired today. Come back and rest early after dinner."

Shen Zishan nodded in agreement after hearing Dai Xingyun's words, saying, "Alright, I am indeed a bit tired."

So, the group went to the state-run restaurant.

The restaurant was quite crowded, but Dai Xingyun quickly found a quiet spot for everyone to sit down.
