At this moment, Shen Xiaoxiao was busy moving through the mountains and forests, sometimes bending down to carefully search for precious herbs, and sometimes vigilantly observing whether there were any prey around.

Sure enough, not far ahead, a silly roe deer fell into the trap she had carefully set!

The roe deer was completely unaware of the danger and was still hopping around in the trap.

Upon seeing this, Shen Xiaoxiao was overjoyed. She rushed forward and quickly put the unfortunate roe deer into her space.

Along the way, Shen Xiaoxiao stopped and started, and whenever she found any medicinal herb, no matter how precious or rare it was, she would dig it up by the roots without hesitation and then carefully put it into her space for safekeeping.

Before we knew it, the sun had begun to set in the west, and the sky was gradually tinged with a faint orange-red.

Realizing it was getting late, Shen Xiaoxiao stopped, looked up at the sky, and then looked around to make sure no one was around. She then took out some common medicinal herbs from her spatial storage and gently placed them in the bamboo basket on her back.

These medicinal herbs are of many kinds, some are specifically for treating headaches, some are known as the nemesis of joint pain, and some are effective in treating colds and flu. She specially selected some of each kind to put in.

As Shen Xiaoxiao was about to reach the foot of the mountain, she encountered the villagers who were finishing their day's work and heading home.

After they met, everyone greeted each other warmly.

The sharp-eyed villagers immediately spotted the full basket of medicinal herbs on Shen Xiaoxiao's back, and they knew without a doubt that she had gone up the mountain to collect herbs again today.

"Little girl, wait a minute!" Suddenly, a shout came from behind. Shen Xiaoxiao stopped immediately upon hearing the voice, turned around, and looked in the direction from which the voice came.

"Uncle Shen, what's wrong?" Shen Xiao asked Shen Liu with a puzzled look.

"Oh dear, my little niece! I suffered a serious injury to this leg years ago, and it hurts terribly on cloudy days, it's unbearable! I wonder if you have any way to help me cure this old ailment?"

Shen Liu scratched his head, a hint of embarrassment on his face, and asked somewhat awkwardly.

Upon hearing Uncle Shen's words, Shen Xiaoxiao quickly replied with a smile, "Uncle Shen, what are you saying! We're all family, what's there to be embarrassed about with me!"

"How about this, come to my house after dinner tonight, and I'll take a look at the situation first."

Shen Xiaoxiao always had a kind smile on her face.

"Okay, okay, then I'll come over to find you after I finish eating!" Upon hearing this, Shen Liu felt much more at ease and quickly agreed. Then, he walked briskly towards his home.

The other villagers around also had some minor health problems, but most of them were not willing to let Shen Xiaoxiao help them with diagnosis and treatment.

After all, no one knew exactly how good her medical skills were, so they were all unsure and thought they should let someone else try it first to see how it went. If it worked, they would then consider whether they should go to her for treatment.

Shen Xiaoxiao was well aware of what the villagers were thinking, but she didn't mind at all.

She greeted everyone present with a smile, then turned around and walked lightly toward her home.

Ma Aning was already cooking when Shen Xiaochuan and Shen Zishan returned, each carrying a basket of firewood on their backs.

"Mom, hurry up with the food. Uncle Liu just told me he'll come over to check on my leg after he finishes eating," Shen Xiaoxiao said, putting down her basket.

That's all for tonight. There will be more tomorrow during the day. Thank you for your support, my darlings.
