The two sat on the sofa.

"Are you hungry? I'll go make you some food," Su Wantang said softly.

Su Wantang shook her head. "I'm not hungry either."

"Okay, then we don't need to cook yet. I have something to tell you," Lu Linchuan said solemnly.

"Tell me." Su Wantang guessed what it was, and her heart started beating a little faster.

“I applied for a marriage approval report with my superiors during this vacation,” Lu Linchuan said, emphasizing each word. “I don’t know what you like, so these are gifts I prepared for you.”
