Zhang Xuehui frowned and stared at Su Wantang. Would this bitch really be so kind?

Could there be some kind of conspiracy?

"Auntie is so thoughtful," Su Wantang said with a smile, though the smile didn't reach her eyes. "In that case, let's go."

"Xuehui, what are you standing there for? Hurry up and catch up!" Sun Xiaoli urged impatiently.

Zhang Xuehui came to her senses and had no choice but to follow.

“You don’t know the way, so I’ll drive the tricycle,” Su Wantang said with a slight smile.

“Okay.” Sun Xiaoli had never driven a tricycle before, so she and Zhang Xuehui sat on the bottom of the tricycle.

Throughout the journey, Sun Xiaoli's eyes were filled with longing for the treasure and excitement at the prospect of becoming rich overnight.

Zhang Xuehui stared at Su Wantang, who was driving the tricycle, with hatred in her eyes, already plotting how to torture her.

The thought of Su Wantang's miserable state filled Zhang Xuehui with secret pleasure.

She not only wants to ruin Su Wantang's life and take away the Su family's treasure cave, but she also wants to take away Su Wantang's marriage and her man!

She could never forget her childhood, when she was wearing a dowdy vest and pants, but saw Su Wantang wearing a light pink princess dress, brown leather shoes with bows, and her hair was permed into shiny and delicate curls.

She was incredibly jealous back then.

Su Wantang was like a delicate and pampered little princess, while she was like a country bumpkin.

She vowed when she was a child to take everything away from Su Wantang!

And now, this goal is about to be achieved.

Zhang Xuehui curled her lips into a cold smile.

Night gradually fell, the darkness descended, and all around was pitch black, with stars dotting the sky and cicadas chirping incessantly.

The tricycle gradually drove into a suburban area, a deserted place where few people came.

"Why is it so remote!" Zhang Xuehui complained.

"Are you stupid! The treasure cave is located in a secluded spot!" Sun Xiaoli glared at Zhang Xuehui. "Keep your voice down! Don't talk!"

We're going to dig for treasure later.

Until Su Wantang parked the tricycle in a certain place.

“Aunt, the treasure cave that the Su family left for me is right here,” Su Wantang said.

“Okay.” Sun Xiaoli jumped off the tricycle and pulled Zhang Xuehui down as well.

The three stood together as night fell, the shadows of the trees swayed, and the cicadas chirped incessantly.

Zhang Xuehui rubbed the goosebumps on her body. Why was it so creepy so late at night?

"Where is the cave?" Sun Xiaoli asked impatiently.

“We need to go further in and look around some more,” Su Wantang said. “My mother only told me it was in this area, but we need to look more carefully to find the exact location.”

“But it’s getting late, so why don’t we split up?” Su Wantang said. “I’ll look to the east, and you guys look to the west. If you find a cave, just call me.”

“Okay.” Sun Xiaoli nodded without thinking much. “Then Xuehui and I will go take a look to the west!”

The mother and daughter took out flashlights from their pockets, held them, and walked westward.

As Su Wantang watched them leave, a playful smile curved her rosy lips.

Go, go.
