Yuan Jiang spent the weekend with Liu Yun. She overslept today, hurriedly put on her clothes, rushed downstairs, got in her car, and sped away.

Dog Egg stood on the bay window, staring blankly through the glass at the increasingly tiny red taillights in the distance. His emerald eyes flashed, and just as he jumped to the ground, the door was pushed open.

"Dog Egg, come here." Liu Yun used a cat treat to lure Dog Egg.

Dog Egg, with its sharp eyes, spotted the flight case behind Liu Yun and immediately went off on a whistle! It puffed up its ears, arched its back, bristled its fur, and huddled in a corner, breathing on Liu Yun.

At this moment, Liu Yun's gentle smile appeared more sinister than a witch's in Gou Dan's eyes. He raised his paws, extended his sharp claws, and hissed a warning again: "Hiss—ha—!"

"Don't be afraid, Gou Dan. Grandma will take you to the hospital. Once you're spayed, we'll be healthy again," Liu Yun comforted him softly. She had looked up information and knew that male cats should ideally be spayed, otherwise they might sneak out or urinate indiscriminately when they're in heat.

Jiang Jiang loves Gou Dan so much, she would be very sad if Gou Dan ran away because he was in heat.

Liu Yun made a quick decision: as the grandmother, she would take Gou Dan to get him spayed!

"Meow!" Gou Dan let out a sharp cry, his emerald green cat eyes turned into vertical pupils, and his roaring voice was full of intimidation.

"Don't be afraid, Gou Dan. We'll give you anesthesia. You'll open and close your eyes, and the egg will be gone. It won't hurt at all." Liu Yun smiled and reached out her hand to Gou Dan, who was huddled in the corner.

"Awooo!!!" Gou Dan let out another sharp, distorted, and threatening howl. When he saw Liu Yun's hand getting closer and closer, a dark glint flashed in his emerald cat eyes. Suddenly, he appeared behind Liu Yun in a flash!

Liu Yun looked surprised: "Gou Dan?"

When did her grandson run up behind her?

Are all kittens this fast?

"Meow!" Gou Dan protested, glared at Liu Yun angrily, and ran away.

So fast that Liu Yun could only see a blur. By the time she reacted and chased after him, she saw Gou Dan run out the door, his agile figure swift and nimble.

"It's over, Gou Dan has run away from home!" Liu Yun exclaimed in shock, watching helplessly as Gou Dan disappeared before her eyes. She hurriedly gathered the servants: "Whoever finds Gou Dan will be rewarded with five million yuan!"

Upon hearing this, the servants immediately perked up and set out with utmost concentration to search for Gou Dan.

Liu Yun was so anxious she was pacing around in circles. What would she do if Jiang Jiang came back and still hadn't found Gou Dan?

Yuan Jiang was exhausted after a long day of classes. When she changed her clothes in the locker room and was about to leave, she found the door locked.

"Bang! Bang! Bang!" Yuan Jiang pressed the lock several times but couldn't open it. Finally, she became impatient and kicked the door. The loud noise echoed in the dance studio. She pounded on the door and shouted, "There are people inside! Open the door!"

This dance studio is located at the very back of the seventh floor of the teaching building. It is the largest dance studio in the school, and no one comes here except when there are classes.

Yuan Jiang called out several times but received no response. Her beautiful face tightened, and she lowered her head, took out her phone from her backpack, and scrolled through her contacts, but couldn't find anyone suitable.

Finally, Yuan Jiang's gaze fell on the contact "Liu Yun." She pursed her lips, about to call Liu Yun, when a strong, youthful male voice muffled through the glass:

"Junior, junior, can't you get out?"

Yuan Jiang looked in the direction of the voice and saw Jiang Ci, who looked anxious. His black hair was hanging messily on his head, and his eyes were filled with worry.

She took a deep breath, turned off her phone, put it back in her backpack, and walked to the window: "Jiang Ci, the door is locked."
