"Boss, what should we do now?"

"Just make up a lie and get away with it."

"She's no ordinary person; I'm afraid we can't fool her."

"No matter what, we must not reveal the identity of the big boss."

"Then what should we do?"

"Here's what you'll say: the photo was given to you by Second Master Bo."

"Second Master Bo? Would Chairman Sang believe that?"

"Whether she believes it or not is her business. You must stick to your guns and not back down no matter what."

"All right……"

The man hung up the phone and walked out of the restroom.

When Sang Yuwan saw him come out, she didn't say anything, her pretty face covered with frost.

The man returned to his seat, his heart pounding. He took a sip of water and mustered his courage to say, "Chairman Sang, it's Second Master..."

Sang Yuwan's brow twitched, and a mocking smile appeared on her lips.

Here we go again.

Rong Zhi is almost becoming the scapegoat.

She knew perfectly well what was going on, but feigned shock, her delicate brows furrowing and a hint of melancholy appearing in her eyes. "Second Master? Are you talking about Rong Zhi?"

"Yes...it's him..." the other person stammered, their voice trembling.

Sang Yuwan stared at him, her starry eyes clear and bright, yet swirling with a suffocating darkness.

"It really is him."

The tone of the statement clearly carried a question.

The other person felt guilty and lowered their head.

Sang Yuwan's lips curved into a smile as she put the documents into her briefcase. She stood up, looking down at him, "I hope this collaboration will only happen once."

The other person also stood up, licked their dry lips, and gave an awkward laugh.

Sang Yuwan took a step forward and said, "You can leave now."

"Yes..." The other person nodded, bowed, and followed behind her.

He hadn't expected things to go so smoothly; in the blink of an eye, he had 80 million in hand.

The big boss was right after all. As long as it involves Young Master Ming, Madam Bo will do everything she can to smooth things over for him.

The two walked out of the private room one after the other.

The private room is at the very back of the restaurant; the only way out is through a passageway.

Sang Yuwan's steps were not fast, but they were somewhat sharp.

The people following behind walked very carefully.

"Second Master, let's play something else..."

The charming female voice reached Sang Yuwan's ears once again, and she immediately stopped in her tracks.

The person walking behind her with their head down almost bumped into her.

"Chairman Sang, I'm sorry... I didn't mean to..."

Sang Yuwan's expression changed drastically, and she rebuked sharply, "You didn't do it on purpose, did you?"

"I...I didn't mean to..." the person behind said tremblingly.

"Then what exactly do you mean?" Sang Yuwan grew increasingly angry, her voice rising in pitch.

“Chairman Sang… I didn’t mean anything by it.”

Just as Sang Yuwan was about to speak again, the door to the private room opened, and a cold, handsome figure appeared in front of the two of them.

"Madam has quite a temper."

Sang Yuwan glanced sideways, a slight smile playing on her lips. "I'm so sorry to have disturbed Second Master's enjoyment."

The person behind suddenly looked up, saw the man standing in front of them, and was so frightened that they almost knelt down. "Second Master Bo?"

Rong Zhi glanced at him disdainfully, then returned his gaze to Sang Yuwan's face. "What did he do to you?"

The person behind looked around and, finding no way to escape, clenched their fingers and lowered their head even further.

Sang Yuwan's lips curled into a mocking smile. "Second Master, stop pretending. He's already confessed."

Rong Zhi chuckled, "What did he say?"

Sang Yuwan said coldly, "First there's the hero saving the beauty, then the thief crying 'Stop thief!' Ha."

Who is the thief?

A surprised female voice came from behind them.

Sang Yuwan's eyes darkened, her back straightened, and she exuded a chill.

The air in the corridor instantly condensed.

Seeing that no one responded, Mingmei raised her eyebrows and smiled broadly, "Sister Wan, what a coincidence."

Sang Yuwan sneered, "If I had known you were coming here, I would have booked somewhere else."

Rong Zhi listened, feeling a pang of sadness.

Mingmei said, "Sister Wan, what's wrong with you...?"

She glanced at the man behind Sang Yuwan and couldn't help but frown. "Sister Wan, why don't you bring a bodyguard when you go out? Where's Minglang?"

Sang Yuwan glanced at her and said, "It's none of your business to interfere in what I do."

Mingmei felt a chill on the back of her neck.

Over the past six years, Sang Yuwan has changed more and more.

She was no longer the orphan girl who let herself be bullied.

Mingmei pursed her lips, her eyes slightly red, and said aggrievedly, "Second Master, since Sister Wan has said so, let's go inside."

Rong Zhi glanced at her sideways and uttered a single word, "Get lost."

Mingmei's heart skipped a beat, her face turned pale instantly, but her ears turned red.

She glanced at Sang Yuwan, gritted her teeth, and turned away angrily.

Mingmei entered the private room, grabbed her bag, and left in her high heels.

From beginning to end, Rong Zhi didn't look at her once again.

Sang Yuwan sneered, "Second Master is truly heartless when it comes to women."

Rong Zhi remained calm and lowered his voice, "Except for Madam."

He spoke softly, so that only the two of them could hear him.

Sang Yuwan's face darkened, and anger flashed in her eyes. "If you say that again, I'll tear your mouth apart."

Rong Zhi lowered his eyes, and his lips twitched almost imperceptibly.

The people behind them wished they could disappear into a hole in the ground.

Sang Yuwan turned to look at him, "Say what you just said to me again in front of Second Master."

The other party dared not speak, and with a thud, knelt on the ground, kowtowing repeatedly.

"Chairman Sang, please spare me..."

Sang Yuwan lowered her eyes, looking down at her as if she were an ant. "It's okay if you don't say anything, I've recorded it all."

"Chairman Sang, you..."

The other person turned pale and almost had a heart attack.

Rong Zhi gave him a cold glance and asked Sang Yuwan, "Am I being blamed again?"

Sang Yuwan ignored him, picked up a step, and walked forward.

Rong Zhi quickly followed.

The person kneeling on the ground was covered in cold sweat.

-

Sang Yuwan arrived at the restaurant's parking lot and was about to get into the car. Rong Zhi opened the other car door and got in.

"Second Master, your car is over there?" Sang Yuwan asked through gritted teeth.

Rong Zhi leaned back and replied, "I've been drinking, I can't drive."

Sang Yuwan angrily said, "Give me the car keys."

Rong Zhi twitched his lips slightly, "Do you want to drive your brother's car?"

Sang Yuwan felt as if a million grains of sand had been ground against her heart, leaving it hard, cold, and incredibly irritating.

She glanced at the distance and, sure enough, it was that Jiang A car.

She found Bo Xingzhi's belongings too dirty to even glance at.

Filled with anger, she got into her car.

When Rong Zhi saw her get into the car, a sly glint flashed in his eyes, but it disappeared in an instant.

Sang Yuwan's new car is more spacious than the previous one.

There was a person and a half's width between the two.

Minglang started the car.

Sang Yuwan sat up straight and sneered, "Does Second Master have some kind of special fetish? Why does he like picking up things that Master Bo used?"

Rong Zhi pursed his lips, put his hands behind his head, and smiled faintly. "I only like you."

*Sizzle*

Minglang slammed on the brakes.

Caught off guard, Sang Yuwan fell into Rong Zhi's arms.
