Chapter 267 The Snake King Awakens (1/2)

Inside the snake hole.

In the narrow gap above the Black Dragon Snake King, three people were crawling forward, face up.

These three were Ye Ling, Mo Di, and Wen Mengxia.

Beneath them lay the enormous body of the Black Dragon Serpent King. Although they couldn't see it or hear anything, Ye Ling and the others held their breath and moved forward cautiously, like caterpillars.

But a moment later, Moody's clothes got stuck.

Of the three, she was wearing the most clothes, wrapping herself up like a giant panda. This was after she took off her big down jacket.

The workwear down jacket got stuck on the protruding rocks.

Ye Ling kept a close eye on them, so when Modi got stuck, she said, "Take it off, or you won't be able to get through."

Wen Mengxia quickly stepped back to make room for Moody.

Moody moved back a little. "No, it's completely stuck."

Ye Ling stopped: "Then I'll help you take it off, but I can only tear your coat to shreds."

Moody was a little sad: "...I quite like this one; I've had it for years. Fine, tear it up."

Upon hearing this, Ye Ling decided to undress her in a different way.

"I'll take you back to your space, and you can come out after you've undressed."

"Sure, sure!"

When Moody came out again, her coat and sweater were gone, leaving only three thick fleece sweaters and a down vest.

But she was still shivering from the cold. Even at the edge of the underground river, even in the narrow passage, the temperature was still very low. And with ice beneath them, it was even colder.

Moody nodded: "I really want to take it with me. Anyway, it's the apocalypse, it would be a waste not to take it."

Ye Ling laughed and said, "Alright, once we leave this section of the road, I'll take this piece of gold with me."

Wen Mengxia asked, "Will it collapse? Will it crush these snakes?"

Ye Ling: "It won't collapse. I have my own way of getting it down. But it's best to kill these snakes, otherwise they'll be the tyrants here once the extreme cold ends. I don't know how many people they'll kill then."

In an open space, a huge rock fell from the sky.

'Bang--'

A loud bang startled everyone in the space, and when they saw a huge, glittering golden rock, they were dumbfounded.

Is this gold?
