Mien, the former, and Mora, the current one, are pitiful indeed. Despite the burning fear in her heart, she cannot escape encountering Tobas once again.

This duel, which transcends time and space, seems inevitable.

Tobas is no longer simply a human boy. The golem Mark was unearthed in the Podrote dungeon, and it resonated with the soul of this Podrote boy, turning him into a Heroic Spirit.

Mora summoned a wizard who fell from the void, but the wizard's void magic could not harm Mark, who was specifically designed to counter magic, while Tobas's Sword of Will could hurt the wizard.

The battle between the two lasted only a few minutes, and the wizard conceded defeat.

Mora, wary of the sword and determined to kill the memory, pulled out her cane and slammed it into the ground.

The void shattered, transforming into the shape of Hyperion before its invasion.

One bear spirit was crossing a fence and humbly greeting another bear spirit, saying that he had traveled all over the world and had to stay to guard the snow mountain.

Just then, a loud horn sounded at the city gate; it was the return of Tobas.

The crowd raised their hands to the sky, knelt on the ground with their knees exposed, and prayed madly for victory until the sun set and darkness fell.

Tobas's memory began to feel sad and confused. He didn't know where to put the sword and couldn't remember anyone kneeling down to him like this.

The obelisk, the master of flowers, grass, and trees, rises from the ground, either to the south or to the north, according to the tilt of the stars.

The Northern King walked among the towers, looking upon all things in nature with benevolence. It is unknown which Tobas he saw approaching.

Are you there?

The King of the North stared into the empty space, knowing there was someone there, but he couldn't see them no matter what he did.

He was asking about Tobas's will.

“Oh, I know you are there, child of the snow mountain,” the Northern King said, his face showing a mixture of pain and concern, like a loving father. “Are you still keeping your promise to the snow mountain? The rocks there are almost gone, and I am almost gone too. I beg you to perform a miracle, to make time not run faster than life, and to let everyone join the battle, otherwise, victory will be forever out of reach.”

When the King of the North uttered these words, his face began to fester, and Hyperion was gradually engulfed in flames.

That terrifying battle echoed once again.

A wounded soldier, panting heavily, limped over and temporarily placed his hand on Tobas's memory.

This guy can actually touch the memory, which means it's also memory.

"What are you still standing there for? Come and help me! Swing your sword at..."

No sooner had he finished speaking than Tobas cleaved the soldier's memory in two.

Spacetime shattered, the vision of Hyperion vanished, and the void reappeared.

Tobas's will was absolutely certain that Mora was deceiving him again. What else could this mind-flayer, who loved to torment the mind, possibly do? He was now trying to lock Tobas's will into the void, a lock that might last for thousands of years.

Fortunately, with the blessing of the golem Mark and the brave and fearless spirit of those agents, Tobas's will became the most dazzling light in the void.

This light frightened Mora. Besides controlling his mind, all he could do was summon wizards, but wizards were of little use to Mark.

Tobas quickly arrived in Mora's territory and once again beheaded Mora with the Sword of Will.

This is the second time in a thousand years.

This Void King had barely gained a little confidence when he was beheaded a second time, then a fourth, a fifth, and so on, until the thousandth time.

However, Mora, as a demonic pillar, is not so easily destroyed. He is actually a formless thought, and as long as the void exists, the mind flayer's thoughts will be resurrected.

Even the strongest warriors have their moments of exhaustion. After a duel that transcended time and space, Mora was still not defeated.

'Do you still wish to continue fighting within my domain?'

'I am the Lord of the Void, the Void is me, and I am the Void. How could you possibly win against me in my mind?'

'Look at yourself! How heavy your steps are, how powerless your sword swings—just as futile as when you tried to save Hyperion!'

Just as Mora's thoughts were invading Tobas's will, a ball of fire struck the Mind Flayer's tentacles, followed by an arrow of light, an ice wall, a bullet, and a weak chant.

The will of Tobas is divided into six people, including Tobas himself, each equipped with unique weapons and spells.

Mora was injured! From the depths of that wound, the blood of the void and the screaming souls were gushing out.

"Why? Why can simple spells and weapons hurt me?"

"What are you talking about, you big-faced monster? You made us spy on you in your memories for so long, and it turns out you're just a coward. Podrolott has been looking forward to you for so long, and this is all you've got?"

The speaker was Billis.

Mora moved painfully, knowing only that of the five attacks that landed, only the first one caused real damage; the other five were merely amplifications of the first.

But why was the first attack the only real attack?

When Mora saw the demones' faces, she understood everything.

He was most afraid of seeing this person, terrified, just like when he saw her sitting on the mountain of corpses back then. He didn't know why she chose to stand on the side of justice.

But even the most powerful spells and the most powerful physical attacks cannot destroy the mind of the void.

Mora unleashed all hidden fears, and any wandering soul became food for her mind. After absorbing souls, Mora continued to expand, and the concentration of void magic was suffocating.

“Mien,” Tobas’s Will said, “stop getting angry. Your fellow Podrolites are waiting for you to come back.”

"My name isn't Mien, it's Mora!"

"It doesn't matter what you call me, Mien, I'm going to end your mind today."

"You're not even worth as much as a fly. You five over there, you can come over and try!"

"I'm enough on my own."

Tobas's will did not initially appear to be a complete form. Inspired by the five people, flowers would grow under his feet whenever he took a step in the void, sometimes a tree, sometimes a castle.

The Void has returned to its former glory, to the most glorious period of Podrote.

About half a mile from the city, they encountered a young truant wandering alone. He greeted the guards politely and said a lot of strange things.

"Don't tell my dad, and it's best not to tell Tobas either, because he'll secretly tell my dad."

Mora saw her former self, and the energy of the void changed direction, with a large amount of void magic transferring to Tobas's will.

The sword in his hand seemed to be shedding tears as it slashed down at his former comrade.

"How many times has this happened already? Don't you understand? You can't kill me with your strength."

As soon as Mora finished speaking, her body displayed many colors that shouldn't have appeared. Forests and gardens were full of wild beasts, large deer with long antlers, and she also saw some bird hunters by a beautiful river.

What a delightful thought!

All sorts of memories swirl in the world of thought, vanishing in an instant. When Mora sees Tobas's will again, she discovers that the guy's appearance has changed.

He became the soul of the golem, merging with Mark to evolve into his second form, Anubis.

If Mark is the nemesis of magic, then Anubis is magic itself.

Using magic to assimilate magic, using thought to assimilate thought, Anubis's sword cleaved Mora's heart in two.

His mindset could never go back to that point.

This empty world instantly condensed into a large sphere, bouncing around in a space of only one inch, until it vanished without a trace.

The new sunlight bathed the old city, casting a golden glow on the obelisk, its color like brass. All the departed ghosts of Podrolott were redeemed and ascended into the sky.

The first thing Billis did after the battle was to light a cigarette and look at Anubis.

There was a naked guy on the green grass in front of us; he was the only one who didn't rise into the sky.

"Hey White, how are you?"

We're all dead?

"Have you ever seen a dead person who smokes?"
